Blue Iguana wants you to be happy with your purchase. If you need to return/exchange an item please do so using the following criteria.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY:

1) Item(s) not marked “final sale” or “clearance” are eligible for return within 14 days from the date you receive them.
2) The items(s) must be clean and in the condition you received them in.
3) All merchandise must exactly as they arrived to you. They cannot be altered in any way.

5) Allow 14 business days for us the process your credit /exchange
